Due to the limited-run nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@seventhandorange.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Preorder items are made available before they are ready to ship. Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the product page, but delays may occur. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated fulfillment window.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or replacement request that does not meet the conditions above.
