Some products may be available for preorder. Preorder items are not ready to ship immediately. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on the product page and may change due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that your item will ship at a later date and that the shipping estimate is not guaranteed.
4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, production timing, address issues, or other factors outside of our control. Seventh & Orange is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final due to the limited-run nature of our products.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@seventhandorange.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
